First Time Christmas

When Helen and her daughter moved into their cottage  it took our team from October to just before Christmas to lay new  oak flooring and build a beautiful new kitchen with all sorts of extras.

The Shaker style cabinets  are painted in Cornforth White and the peninsula is in Stiffkey blue by Farrow  and Ball with silestone worktops. But there’s also open oak shelving with brackets for a chunky look, oak window seats  and even the cabinet interiors  are lined with oak.

Luckily for Helen she could hand over the whole project to Tim so he could co-ordinate the plumber, electrician, plasterer, carpenter … which means  everyone knows what they’re doing and when.

And for the first time ever Helen cooked Christmas dinner  for nine people in her brand new kitchen - with a locally-reared turkey and sprouts she grew herself in her brand new vegetable garden.
